Start List
The sun was shining on Kokkola and it was a perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Barefoot Starshine was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Pinstripe´s Gibson suddenly started to galop. Jukka-Pekka Kauhanen had to struggle to get Pinstripe´s Gibson to tror again and succeded after 10 m. Barefoot Starshine was in fine shape and held the lead. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Golden Locks accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Golden Locks sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Barefoot Starshine sprinted over the finishline before Golden Locks and Estimer. Results
