One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sören Galoppören tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Heavy Band that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Parkas sprinted to the front.




Parkas clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Heavy Band was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Parkas followed by Cyril Done Justice and Heavy Band. Lane two Falling Pressure followed by Sören Galoppören and Ivory Closet.




Parkas kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Parkas sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Parkas. Heavy Band came in second. Falling Pressure became third.
