One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rêve Royal could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Competitive Scope quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Competitive Scope was still in the lead after 1500m. Petit Baguette started to gallop after 1500m and Rune Wiig had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Peter Plys showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Blossoming Thought never caught up with Competitive Scope who won. Rêve Royal came third.
