The sun was shining on Bollnäs and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Walking Comet took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Rapide Rapide, Eternal Maid, Speeding Legend, Brilliant Diamonds, Ivory Closet, Walking Comet, Zero The Hero, Hattmannen. A bird flew just in front of Hattmannen who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Rapide Rapide clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Brilliant Diamonds looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Pointing Starshine galoped for 20 m. Brilliant Diamonds kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Rapide Rapide sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
