The weather had been good all week and Tingsryd was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Nomoneynofun Hamilton took the lead after a very quick start.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and More Than Great sprinted to the front. Le Poignard started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Oregon Johnny sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Le Poignard galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

Sliding Steel sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Winner of todays race was Sliding Steel. Sleepy Meadow came in second. Galileo became third.
