The sun was shining on Rättvik and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Heavenfaced took the lead after a very quick start. Punching Rocker suddenly started to galop. Ulf Eriksson had to struggle to get Punching Rocker to tror again and succeded after 40 m. When the startcar left the field Pietro Gambadilegno started to galop and lost 50 m.




Sad Rocker quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Welsh Bible looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Heavenfaced couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sad Rocker.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Sad Rocker today. It continued in the lead. Growing Satellite galloped for 50 m.



Sad Rocker sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Pietro Gambadilegno sprinted over the finishline before Grasping Sparrow and Heavenfaced.
