One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flying Steel tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Ticking Moon that came steaming ahead. Obladi Oblada galloped way to long and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Flying Steel sprinted to the front.




Glowing Sapphire took the lead after 1000m. Ticking Moon didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Glowing Sapphire followed by Ticking Moon and Obladi Oblada. Lane two Flying Steel followed by Sudden Summer and .



Glowing Sapphire looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Ticking Moon won. Glowing Sapphire came in second. Flying Steel caught third place.
