One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Speciális Lány sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Speciális Lány was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Mad Pie took the lead rather easily.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Mad Pie today. It continued in the lead. Outspoken Satellite started to gallop after 1500m and Carl Johan Jepson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Mad Pie kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Speciális Lány made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Mad Pie.
