The sun was shining on Axevalla today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flying Detroit was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sudden Fiesta sprinted to the front.




Walking Sunflower took the lead after 1000m. Pinstripe´s Dixie didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
