The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Kausala this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Cloud Walker could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Udìlal Do Nebe saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Udìlal Do Nebe clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Udìlal Do Nebe was still in the lead after 1500m. Dream Power galloped for 10 m.



With only a little left of the race Cloud Walker galoped for 20 m. Udìlal Do Nebe sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Arrow Pegasos sprinted over the finishline before Udìlal Do Nebe and Cloud Walker.
