The weather had been good all week and Skellefteå was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tricky Doll tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Verso Entreprise that came steaming ahead. Frozen General was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Frozen Venus started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Pastis Hof took the lead after 1000m. Verso Entreprise didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Verso Entreprise looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Verso Entreprise was still in the lead after 2000m. Frozen General was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m.



Verso Entreprise kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Tricky Doll won the race after a spectacular finish.
