It had been raining for several days at Åmål but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pinstripe´s Bagheera took the lead after a very quick start. Heavy Metal Machine suddenly started to galop. Glenn H Persson had to struggle to get Heavy Metal Machine to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




Heavy Metal Machine quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Spearhead Rebel was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Gold Ice Cube sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Gold Ice Cube today. It continued in the lead.




Gold Ice Cube didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Gold Ice Cube sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Loving Sound won the race after a spectacular finish.
