One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Eyes On Fire found a gap and took the lead. Stopping Electra followed before Ouvre Liège.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Stopping Electra sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Valentino Rossi suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.




Ouvre Liège looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Valentino Rossi gallopped for 10 m.




Ouvre Liège sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Ubbe On Fire was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Ouvre Liège were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Eyes On Fire sprinted over the finishline before Ouvre Liège and Stopping Electra.
