One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fliegend Umsonst sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Honey Pie was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Honey Pie followed by Fliegend Umsonst and Fortunata. Lane two Waving Madame followed by Radiating Forest and Striking Brightness.



Waving Madame was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Fliegend Umsonst speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Radiating Forest won. Fliegend Umsonst came in second. Honey Pie caught third place.
