The sun was shining on Årjäng today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Mai Sufficiente. Shooting Devil ended up behind the leader. Mr Hollywood got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Thicker Than Water, Mr Hollywood, Muscle Rebel, Mai Sufficiente, Cheerful Tank, Shooting Devil, Portable Strategy, Stretching Winter. Portable Strategy started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Thicker Than Water followed by Mr Hollywood and Portable Strategy. Lane two Muscle Rebel followed by Shooting Devil and Mai Sufficiente.



Thicker Than Water sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Thicker Than Water galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Shooting Devil won. Mr Hollywood came in second. Muscle Rebel caught third place.
