One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fair Rose could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

This is the positions after 500m. Flying Steel, Pointing Breath, Suitcase Matthew, Larsa On Fire, Chico Chaco, Sleepy Darkness, Starshine Blossom, Calming Lion.

Flying Steel was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Pointing Breath saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Pointing Breath was still in the lead after 2000m.

Chico Chaco litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Håkan B Johansson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Larsa On Fire started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Flying Steel sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
