One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Big Band found a gap and took the lead. Brown Jacket followed before Alias.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Big Band clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Big Band was still in the lead after 1500m.




Big Band was still in the lead after 2000m.



With only a little left of the race Brown Jacket galoped for 30 m. Big Band looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Alias made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Big Band.
