It had been raining for several days at Pihtipudas but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Dark Josephine tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Paris Cocktail that came steaming ahead. Criminal Rheingau was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.




Dark Josephine quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Loving General started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Paris Cocktail took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Paris Cocktail followed by De Débardeur and Dark Josephine. Lane two Criminal Rheingau followed by Little Gold and Loving General.




Criminal Rheingau suddenly took over the lead. Dark Josephine galloped for 60m and was disqualified.



Criminal Rheingau looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Criminal Rheingau didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
