It had been raining for several days at Lycksele but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lilaah Nova was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Snowy Bullet, Empire Hills, Lilaah Nova, Spaghetti, Charmed Blossom, Through The Grapevine, , .




The leader got disturbed by something and Empire Hills took the lead rather easily. Through The Grapevine galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Lilaah Nova looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Lilaah Nova was still in the lead after 2000m.



Lilaah Nova kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Snowy Bullet won. Lilaah Nova came in second. Empire Hills caught third place.
