One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pointing Whirlwind found a gap and took the lead. Ballad Of Beacon followed before Gold Passion.




Pinstripe´s Diva quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Couturier sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Couturier followed by Gold Passion and Pinstripe´s Diva. Lane two Ballad Of Beacon followed by Pointing Whirlwind and Brave Love.



Pointing Whirlwind was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Gold Passion galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Couturier looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Pointing Whirlwind sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
