The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





More Than Great sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Independant Power was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Bye Bye Johnny sprinted to the front.




Pointing Madame took the lead after 1000m. More Than Great didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




More Than Great saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



More Than Great were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Independant Power sprinted over the finishline before Pointing Madame and Glowing Lilac.
