One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Étoile Jaune sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Café Au Lait was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m. Antti Teivainen wanted a little to much in the start and Aggressive Blast galoped for 20 m.




Paris Cocktail quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Aggressive Cruiser looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Supervillain couldn't come out from behind the leader, Paris Cocktail.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Paris Cocktail followed by Supervillain and Vuur Van Parel. Lane two Étoile Jaune followed by Aggressive Cruiser and Aggressive Blast. Café Au Lait showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Paris Cocktail looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Étoile Jaune sprinted over the finishline before Supervillain and Paris Cocktail.
