One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Les Équitable Choix tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Whispering Mambo that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Les Équitable Choix sprinted to the front.




Lauréat sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Lauréat was still in the lead after 1500m.



Les Équitable Choix was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Lauréat sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Fighting Bear was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.
