One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Criminal Smartass could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Breathing Mambo was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Criminal Smartass was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Ducourtioux accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Falling Meadow galloped for 20 m.



Ducourtioux sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Ann-Kristin Rasmussen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Criminal Smartass started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Winner of todays race was Ducourtioux. Loyal Wolf came in second. Falling Meadow became third.
