One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Athletic General. Running Midnight ended up behind the leader. Coming Soon got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Coming Soon looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Running Midnight couldn't come out from behind the leader, Athletic General.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Athletic General followed by Running Midnight and . Lane two Coming Soon followed by and . Running Midnight started to gallop after 1500m and Lars-Åke Svärdfeldt had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Athletic General looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Coming Soon never caught up with Athletic General who won. Running Midnight came third.
