One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Slasher tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Giggling Witch that came steaming ahead.




Giggling Witch was in fine shape and held the lead.




Giggling Witch was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Bad Dream Baby galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Slasher looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Speeding Ship was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. With only a little left of the race Slasher galoped for 30 m. Slasher sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Baba Kool won the race after a spectacular finish.
