The weather had been good all week and Halmstad was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Confident Printer found a gap and took the lead. Maximum Bear followed before Frozen Needle.




This is the positions after 500m. Frozen Needle, Shy Rocket, Maximum Bear, Confident Printer, Platinum Titan, , , . A bird flew just in front of Frozen Needle who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Shy Rocket took the lead after 1000m. Confident Printer didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Maximum Bear looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Confident Printer suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Confident Printer didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
