Rich Running Rick quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Rocks The Track looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Hand In Pocket couldn't come out from behind the leader, Rich Running Rick.

Atomino accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Rocks The Track started to gallop after 1500m and Hans-Owe Sundberg had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Atomino kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Buonfiglio galoped for 60m and was disqualified.
