The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Secret Boy took the lead after a very quick start.




Blossoming Meadow quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Star Champion who started to galop and lost 30 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Confident Moment took the lead rather easily. Quick Paradigm suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Confident Moment today. It continued in the lead. Running Randall started to gallop after 1500m and Carlos Söderström had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Confident Moment sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Blossoming Venus sprinted over the finishline before Turning Knockout and Quick Paradigm.
