It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pioneer F.h. tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Kirklands Law that came steaming ahead. Kirklands Law suddenly started to galop. Johan L Sundgren had to struggle to get Kirklands Law to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




Miljonärskan saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Kvarngärdets Calvados sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Pioneer F.h. galoped for 20 m. Kirklands Law sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Johan L Sundgren tried a little too much on the homestretch and Kirklands Law started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Always Bread sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
