One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Carlos Piggelin was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Loyal Wolf was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




Carlos Piggelin was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Always Bread sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Always Bread today. It continued in the lead.



Pretty Meadow speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Pretty Meadow kept the speed the whole finish and won before Black Nick Nobelium and Always Bread.
