One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pinstripe´s Mega Mee tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Competitive Universe that came steaming ahead.




Tender Band saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Sleepy Vanilla took the lead after 1000m. Clever Thinking didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Sleepy Vanilla was still in the lead after 1500m.




Striking Dream put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



With only a little left of the race Pinstripe´s Mega Mee galoped for 20 m. Striking Dream kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Pinstripe´s Mega Mee galop. Pinstripe´s Mega Mee lost 50 m.




Competitive Universe sprinted over the finishline before Striking Dream and Wild Flower.
