It had been raining for several days at Momarken but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Star Control could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Courageous Gentleman sprinted to the front. driver couldn't keep Comfortable Sniper to trotting so they were disqualified.




Beautiful Dreamcatcher looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Star Control couldn't come out from behind the leader, Courageous Gentleman.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Courageous Gentleman today. It continued in the lead.



Courageous Gentleman were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Star Control sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
