One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dead Man Walking sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Walnut Grove Willie took the lead after 1000m. Trembling Cocktail didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Trembling Cocktail saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Trembling Cocktail were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Winner of todays race was Trembling Cocktail. Walnut Grove Willie came in second. Dead Man Walking became third.
