One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Climbing Tiger could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Honourable Blast quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Purple Moment who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Mad Hope sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Mad Hope kept the speed the whole finish and won before King City Harrison and Âme Charitable.
