Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Årjäng track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





King Force sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Panpizza saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Gaspar Nova looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Tricky Wonder couldn't come out from behind the leader, Panpizza.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Panpizza today. It continued in the lead.




Panpizza kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Panpizza looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Gaspar Nova won the race after a spectacular finish.
