The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Gävle this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rolling Dreamcatcher took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Thrillseeker sprinted to the front. Falling Asteroid galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Beautiful Velvet took the lead after 1000m. Ferocious Plan didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Fly Me was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Beautiful Velvet was still in the lead after 1500m.



Beautiful Velvet kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Ferocious Plan, 2 Beautiful Velvet, 3 Rolling Dreamcatcher.
