It had been raining for several days at Gävle but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Power Movement could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Mai Sufficiente saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Three Thousand And Five sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Domandare was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Three Thousand And Five today. It continued in the lead. driver couldn't keep Power Movement to trotting so they were disqualified.




Hoping Band put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Hoping Band sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Hoping Band. Sleepy Love came in second. Three Thousand And Five became third.
