One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Backstabbing Vanilla took the lead after a very quick start.




Backstabbing Vanilla was in fine shape and held the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Famous Wish was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Backstabbing Vanilla followed by Soient Mieux Bon and Comfortable Legend. Lane two Volgare Siciliano followed by Ocaso and Old Admiral.



Backstabbing Vanilla sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Soient Mieux Bon sprinted over the finishline before Volgare Siciliano and Backstabbing Vanilla.
