Only a humble breeze blew over Romme this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sly Boy tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Ghostly Flower that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Carlos Cointreau sprinted to the front.




Carlos Cointreau was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Carlos Cointreau today. It continued in the lead.



Carlos Cointreau looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Ghostly Flower won. Jeanne Dielman came in second. Maurice Greene caught third place.
