One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





I Dip Twice was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Le Tonnerre looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Confident Comet couldn't come out from behind the leader, I Dip Twice.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one I Dip Twice followed by Confident Comet and Coughing Runaway. Lane two Le Tonnerre followed by Thunder Lightning and Heavy Scout.



I Dip Twice sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Fredrik Claesson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Heartless Hero started to galopp and lost 40 m. Carl Johan Jepson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Ítél Soha started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Confident Comet sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
