One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Peck Hof could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Le Poignard, Bounce Back, Minous Versicolor, Peck Hof, Slow Band, Miss Autotune, Frozen Thrasher, Tamboerijn.




Bounce Back took the lead after 1000m. Slow Band didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Frozen Thrasher was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Tamboerijn was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Bounce Back today. It continued in the lead.




Bounce Back didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Bounce Back were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Slow Band won the race after a spectacular finish.
