Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Mariehamn track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Shining Armor was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Backstabbing Girl sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Backstabbing Girl was still in the lead after 1500m.



Backstabbing Girl were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Backstabbing Girl didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
