One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sleepy Starshine was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Glowing Lemonade quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Glowing Lemonade followed by Funky Breeze and Funky Sunray. Lane two Sleepy Starshine followed by Crushed Pearl and Flower Ring.




Sleepy Starshine put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Sleepy Starshine sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Crushed Pearl made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Flower Ring.
