One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Monday Closet tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Wolly Top that came steaming ahead.

Wandering Sugar looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Glowing Fabric couldn't come out from behind the leader, Zanita Larockma.




Wandering Sugar accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Glowing Fabric gallopped for 50 m.



Wandering Sugar were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
