The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Moberg Hof tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Tough Lizard that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Breathing Love started to galop and lost 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Handy Hero, Moving Arraow, Blue Fist, Silver Map, Aggressive Paladin, Moberg Hof, Tough Lizard, Starstruck Heroine.




Handy Hero clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Blue Fist accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Blue Fist didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Handy Hero was first on the homestretch followed by Moberg Hof and Blue Fist.






Moberg Hof sprinted over the finishline before Starstruck Heroine and Blue Fist.
