One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Amazing Glaze tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Welsh Dynamite that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Welsh Dynamite was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Welsh Dynamite today. It continued in the lead.



Flickering Spring speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Flickering Spring. Welsh Dynamite came in second. Amazing Glaze became third.
