The sun was shining on Åmål and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Farmer Johns Opal was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Pinstripe´s Castor saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Decisive Star sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Alex Flower looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Alex Flower kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.




Alex Flower seemed to be in good shape this day and continued in the lead.



Fair Starshine was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Farmer Johns Opal litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
