Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kokkola track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Cunning Power found a gap and took the lead. Ocaso followed before Dogon. Ocaso suddenly started to galop. Markku Nieminen had to struggle to get Ocaso to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Ocaso, Cunning Power, Heavenly Thought, Dogon, Global Navigator, , , .




Cunning Power sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Ocaso accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Heavenly Thought gallopped for 30 m.



Dogon was first on the homestretch followed by Ocaso and Cunning Power.






Ocaso sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
