One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Passionate Velvet tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Travelling Rhapsody that came steaming ahead.




Famous Winter saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Travelling Rhapsody looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Passionate Velvet couldn't come out from behind the leader, Famous Winter.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Famous Winter today. It continued in the lead.



Miss Starshine was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Famous Winter were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Sowing Necklace galop. Sowing Necklace lost 10 m. Miss Starshine galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Winner of todays race was Famous Winter. Travelling Rhapsody came in second. Passionate Velvet became third.
